She sat it next to our computer opened OOOO, some forshadowing. Wait, it gets better. I then decided to sit down with my youngest son of 4 months and check some email.
Well, as fate would have it 'cuz he can't control his little arms Grant's arm wacked the bottle of frosty beverage and guess which direction it went! Straight onto the keyboard of the laptop! Well, after frantically turning the computer off I proceeded to take it apart don't worry, my warantee ran out a long time ago and start the drying process. After 8 hours of drying I came to find that the laptop was indeed fried.
The next morning, I tried again and it actually worked! So, I spent the next several hours unloading all of our pictures and documents onto the server here at HGM and burning them to cds. Crisis averted! Now, the laptop works I'm using it right now except for the keyboard, but, we have decided it would be in the best interest of us all to go ahead and get a new lappy thanks Strongbad.

Let's digress into something else. A lot has happened lately. This isn't my personal blog, so I shan't go into minute detail, but I will give you the highlights, and some lovely links, and you'll leave with a smile, and a great desire to send large amounts of cash my way.
Well, maybe you'll smile at least. I am a man of addictions. A bit healthier, if not by much. Thankfully, though there can be no doubt that it is an addiction while I am glued to the computer, it tends to be short lived. Namely because I've sucked every ounce of life out of it. I bought it, and have played it off and on, but I'm not going to renew the subscription at the moment because it looks like I'll be living on dial-up for a while.
Downloading and watching anime - I have 2 gig hard drives. They are full. I've been deleting stuff I didn't like so much to make room for stuff I'll like more. I need a dvd burner. Donations anyone? It seems amazing what God Almighty has been doing in my and Jiffner's life lately - absolutely crazy amazing! He just blesses and blesses.
Let me tell you what has been going on in one area of our lives, our job situations. She liked her job a lot She would have her good days, and her bad, but overall it was good. She got the job through a staffing service, and had 3 months to prove her worth, to see if they liked her and vice-versa. Well, over time, her bosses and higher-ups got to know that I was in school for computers, and was doing rather well - proving that I knew a good bit about computers, and had a good overall knowledge of them.
They thought that they could use someone like me It went well, and they decided to hire me What in the World?!???? I almost didn't take the job And it was a wise decision. I liked my job, and it payed pretty good money, so Jennifer didn't have to work We believe that he gave Jiffner that job just to get me that job, which gave me the experience I needed to hopefully jump-start my IT career. Well, all was well. And it stayed well for quite a while, about 5 months worth.
God showed himself all the time, paying rent, having money come in here and there to bless us through situations Well, this is only the start to my story. Tune in next time for more amazing things! Link of the Post: AllRecipes. I Love Computers.
