It works so good I don't understand why Dell doesn't support this device for Windows 7 or 8. I have one problem I have one driver missing in my device manager it is listed as PCI bus 2, device 9, function 3 in the properties for the device does anyone know what driver I need to install to correct this any help would be greatly appreciated.
Go to Solution. You can try doing a complete windows update which checks the latest drivers available from Microsoft site. View solution in original post. I download and Installed both of the chipset drivers last night after posting the intel driver didn't fix the issue but the other driver listed in chipset solved the issue I believe it was for my card reader which I hadn't tried to use to know it wasn't working.
Thanks for responding back with the answer I appreciate it. It is good that the chipset drivers fixed the issue. Can someone please let me know where to start to fix this. Thanks Daniel. If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones. Thanks again Daniel. Any ideas on what I can do? Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help.
Thanks for your feedback. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. The device is the graphics card installed on my host PC. Pretty neat huh? The next time you see a big question mark or Unknown Device in Device Manager, you can now figure out exactly what piece of hardware is missing a driver.
Now just go through all the Base System Device listed there and figure out exactly which driver you need to download.
