Whenever I have to open chm files from a network share mounted as a unit I have to agree a security warning about harmfulness of files coming from internet.

A further security patch rolled out for Windows 7 and later on 8 May has disabled this workaround. The security update may also prevent you from opening CHM files that you downloaded from the Internet, even if you saved them to your local hard disk.
